Your hotel room has been reserved for Monday arrival & Wednesday Departure.
You will be responsible for payment upon arrival at hotel check-in.

Airfare + Transportation:

Please make your flight arrangements through Concur and expense the cost back to your OPCO.
Please fly into and out of Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). Plan to arrive no later than 4:00 pm on Monday.
Meetings will end by 12:00 noon on Wednesday for departure Wednesday evening.
